What a magnificent boat and dinner trip on the St. Clair River!!  Like on cue, the days thunderstorms ended just before boarding the Huron Lady cruise ship at the Black River in Port Huron, and 63 retirees and friends enjoyed beautiful weather for the rest of the trip.  We cruised for one hour down the river to Charley's River Crab restaurant and the scenery was varied, informative and sometimes downright beautiful.  At the River Crab we had our choice of six tasty entree's in a relaxing environment and then it was another one hour ride back to Port Huron on the other side of the river.  All who participated raved about the event and many thought it should be an annual retiree activity.  We'll see.  But if we do schedule it again, don't miss it.  And all for $36.00
