A good number of members and several guests enjoyed the luncheon trip
on the Michigan Princess, which navigated the Grand River out
of Lansing June 19th. Following
the cruise some visited the beautiful rose garden located in
Lansing’s Frances Park. Bill
Burke reports there were actually 1600 roses in bloom, because he
counted them all.
Enjoyed
seeing some new faces at this event: Jim and Sally Hon, Bon Spacking,
Pat Kingery, Jane Brunerfeld, Joann Voorheese, Muriel and Jesse
Dickson, Jane Haila, Bill Johns and his wife.
